The Day when We shall call every section of people along with their Imam(Paishwa) - Surah Al-Isra

 وہ دن جب ہم لوگوں کے ہر طبقہ کو ان کے پیشوا کے ساتھ بلائیں گے - سوره الاسراء 

Translation

Verse 71: The Day when We shall call every section of people along with their leaders. So whoever will be given the record of his deeds in his right hand, so they will read their records (rejoicing) and they will not be wronged a bit.

. وہ دن جب ہم لوگوں کے ہر طبقہ کو ان کے پیشوا کے ساتھ بلائیں گے، سو جسے اس کا نوشتۂ اَعمال اس کے دائیں ہاتھ میں دیا جائے گا پس یہ لوگ اپنا نامۂ اعمال (مسرت و شادمانی سے) پڑھیں گے اور ان پر دھاگے برابر بھی ظلم نہیں کیا جائے گا

Translation

Verse 72: And whoever remains blind (to the truth) in this (world) will be blind in the Hereafter as well, distracted from the path (of deliverance).

اور جو شخص اس (دنیا) میں (حق سے) اندھا رہا سو وہ آخرت میں بھی اندھا اور راہِ (نجات) سے بھٹکا رہے گا

So if you yourselves do not know, then ask the People of remembrance - Surah An-Nahl

سو تم اہلِ ذکر سے پوچھ لیا کرو اگر تمہیں خود (کچھ) معلوم نہ ہو - سوره النحل 

Translation

Verse 43: And before you also, We sent only men as Messengers towards whom We sent Our Revelations. So if you yourselves do not know (anything), then ask the People of remembrance.

اور ہم نے آپ سے پہلے بھی مَردوں ہی کو رسول بنا کر بھیجا جن کی طرف ہم وحی بھیجتے تھے سو تم اہلِ ذکر سے پوچھ لیا کرو اگر تمہیں خود (کچھ) معلوم نہ ہو

The angels take their lives whilst they are pure, clean and contended will be told, Peace be upon you! - Surah An-Nahl

جن کی روحیں فرشتے اس حال میں قبض کرتے ہیں کہ وہ پاکیزہ اور خوش ہوں، ان سے کہہ دیتے ہیں: تم پر سلامتی ہو - سوره النحل 

Translation

Verse 32: The angels take their lives whilst they are pure, clean, pleased and contented (due to obedience and piety. The angels tell them the moment they take their lives:) ‘Peace be upon you! Enter Paradise due to (the pious deeds) that you used to do.’

 جن کی روحیں فرشتے اس حال میں قبض کرتے ہیں کہ وہ (نیکی و طاعت کے باعث) پاکیزہ اور خوش و خرم ہوں، (ان سے فرشتے قبضِ روح کے وقت ہی کہہ دیتے ہیں:) تم پر سلامتی ہو، تم جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤ ان (اَعمالِ صالحہ) کے باعث جو تم کیا کرتے تھے

Who keep eliminating evil by means of good for them there is a home in hereafter - Surah Ar-Ra'd

جو نیکی کے ذریعہ برائی کو دور کرتے رہتے ہیں یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے لئے آخرت کا گھر ہے - سوره الرعد 

Translation

Verse 20: Those who fulfil their pledge to Allah and do not breach their covenant,

 جو لوگ اﷲ کے عہد کو پورا کرتے ہیں اور قول و قرار کو نہیں توڑتے

Translation

Verse 21: And who keep unified all that Allah has enjoined to be unified and remain in a state of fear from Allah and dread an evil reckoning;

اور جو لوگ ان سب کو جوڑے رکھتے ہیں، جن کے جوڑے رکھنے کا اﷲ نے حکم فرمایا ہے اور اپنے رب کی خشیّت میں رہتے اور برے حساب سے خائف رہتے ہیں

Translation

Verse 22: And who remain steadfast in seeking the pleasure of their Lord, and establish Prayer, and spend (both) secretly and openly out of the sustenance We have provided, and continue eliminating evil by means of good; they are the ones for whom there is a (beautiful) home in the Hereafter.

 اور جو لوگ اپنے رب کی رضاجوئی کے لئے صبر کرتے ہیں اور نماز قائم رکھتے ہیں اور جو رزق ہم نے انہیں دیا ہے اس میں سے پوشیدہ اور اعلانیہ (دونوں طرح) خرچ کرتے ہیں اور نیکی کے ذریعہ برائی کو دور کرتے رہتے ہیں یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے لئے آخرت کا (حسین) گھر ہے

Translation

Verse 23: (There) are evergreen gardens. They will enter them with the pious from amongst their ancestors, their wives and their children. And the angels will come to them through every door (of Paradise)

 (جہاں) سدا بہار باغات ہیں ان میں وہ لوگ داخل ہوں گے اور ان کے آباء و اجداد اور ان کی بیویوں اور ان کی اولاد میں سے جو بھی نیکوکار ہوگا اور فرشتے ان کے پاس (جنت کے) ہر دروازے سے آئیں گے

Translation

Verse 24: (Greeting, they will say:) ‘Peace be upon you as a reward for your patience! So (see now) what a beautiful home the Hereafter is!’

 (انہیں خوش آمدید کہتے اور مبارک باد دیتے ہوئے کہیں گے:) تم پر سلامتی ہو تمہارے صبر کرنے کے صلہ میں، پس (اب دیکھو) آخرت کا گھر کیا خوب ہ

Friends of ALLAH - Surah Yunus

اولیاء اللہ - سوره یونس 

Translation

Verse 62: Beware! Verily, the friends of Allah will not have any fear, nor will they grieve.

 خبردار! بیشک اولیاء اللہ پر نہ کوئی خوف ہے اورنہ وہ رنجیدہ و غمگین ہوں گے

Translation

Verse 63: (They) are the people who believe and (always) remain God fearing, committed to piety.

وہ ایسے لوگ ہیں جو ایمان لائے اور (ہمیشہ تقوٰی شعار رہے

Translation

Verse # 64: There is for them the good news (of honour and recognition) in the life of the world, and also in the Hereafter. The commands of Allah never change. That is the colossal achievement.

 ان کے لئے دنیا کی زندگی میں (بھی عزت و مقبولیت کی) بشارت ہے اور آخرت میں بھی ، اللہ کے فرمان بدلا نہیں کرتے، یہی وہ عظیم کامیابی ہے

There has come to you an admonition, and a cure for all hidden diseases in breasts. So Muslims should rejoice over it - Surah Yunus

 اے لوگو! بیشک تمہارے پاس نصیحت اور ان بیماریوں کی شفاء آگئی ہے جو سینوں میں پوشیدہ ہیں پس مسلمانوں کو چاہئے کہ اس پر خوشیاں منائیں - سوره یونس 

Translation

Verse 57: O mankind! Surely, there has come to you an admonition from your Lord, and a cure for all those (diseases) which are (hidden) in the breasts. And it is guidance and mercy (too) for those who are blessed with faith.

 اے لوگو! بیشک تمہارے پاس تمہارے رب کی طرف سے نصیحت اور ان (بیماریوں) کی شفاء آگئی ہے جو سینوں میں (پوشیدہ) ہیں اور ہدایت اور اہلِ ایمان کے لئے رحمت بھی

Translation

Verse 58: Say: ‘(All this) is due to the bounty and mercy of Allah (bestowed upon you through raising Muhammad [blessings and peace be upon him] as the exalted Messenger). So the Muslims should rejoice over it. This is far better than (all that affluence and wealth) that they amass.’

 فرما دیجئے: (یہ سب کچھ) اللہ کے فضل اور اس کی رحمت کے باعث ہے (جو بعثتِ محمدی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ذریعے تم پر ہوا ہے) پس مسلمانوں کو چاہئے کہ اس پر خوشیاں منائیں، یہ اس (سارے مال و دولت) سے کہیں بہتر ہے جسے وہ جمع کرتے ہیں

Terms which will be used by People of Paradise - Surah Yunus

جنتی لوگوں کےجنّت میں استمعال کے جانے والے کلمات  - سوره یونس 

Translation

Verse # 10: They will pray in these (Gardens): ‘Holy You are, O Allah!’ And the word of their mutual greetings will be: ‘Peace.’  And their supplication will end (with these words): ‘All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.’

 ان (جنتوں) میں ان کی دعا (یہ) ہوگی: ”اے اللہ! تو پاک ہے“ اور اس میں ان کی آپس میں دعائے خیر (کا کلمہ) ”سلام“ ہوگا اور ان کی دعا (ان کلمات پر) ختم ہوگی کہ : تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لئے ہیں جو سب جہانوں کا پروردگار ہے

Who worship, praise and glorify and fast, abstaining from the worldly lusts are those who have sold thier soul and wealth to ALLAH - Surah At-Tawbah

 عبادت گذار، حمد و ثنا کرنے والے، دنیوی لذتوں سے کنارہ کش روزہ دار جنہوں نے اپنا جان اور مال الله   کو بیچ دیا ہے - سوره التوبہ 

Translation

Verse # 112: (Believers who have bargained with Allah for the Hereafter are those) who turn to Allah in repentance, and who worship, praise and glorify (Allah), and fast, abstaining from the worldly lusts, and bow down before Him (most humbly and submissively), and who prostrate themselves before Him (seeking His nearness), command good and forbid evil, and guard the limits (set) by Allah. And give glad tidings to these believers.

ترجمہ  - (مومنین جنہوں نے اللہ سے اُخروی سودا کر لیا ہے) توبہ کرنے والے،عبادت گذار، (اللہ کی) حمد و ثنا کرنے والے، دنیوی لذتوں سے کنارہ کش روزہ دار، (خشوع و خضوع سے) رکوع کرنے والے، (قربِ الٰہی کی خاطر) سجود کرنے والے، نیکی کاحکم کرنے والے اور برائی سے روکنے والے اور اللہ کی (مقرر کردہ) حدود کی حفاظت کرنے والے ہیں، اور ان اہلِ ایمان کو خوشخبری سنا دیجئے

Surely, Allah has bought from the believers their souls and wealth in return for Paradise - Surah At-Tawbah

 بیشک اﷲ نے اہلِ ایمان سے ان کی جانیں اور ان کے مال، ان کے لیے جنت کے عوض خرید لیے ہیں - سوره التوبہ 

Translation

Verse # 111: Surely, Allah has bought from the believers their souls and wealth in return for (the promise of) Paradise for them. (Now) they fight (for the noble cause of peace) in the way of Allah. So they kill (during the war) and are slain (themselves) too. (Allah has taken) the firm promise as a bountiful obligation on Him in the Torah, the Gospel (the Injil) and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his promise than Allah? So, (believers,) rejoice over your bargain against which you have sold (your souls and wealth). This is a colossal achievement.

بیشک اﷲ نے اہلِ ایمان سے ان کی جانیں اور ان کے مال، ان کے لیے (وعدۂ) جنت کے عوض خرید لیے ہیں، (اب) وہ اللہ کی راہ میں (قیام امن کے اعلیٰ تر مقصد کے لئے) جنگ کرتے ہیں، سو وہ (دوران جنگ) قتل کرتے ہیں اور (خود بھی) قتل کئے جاتے ہیں۔ (اﷲ نے) اپنے ذمۂ کرم پر پختہ وعدہ (لیا) ہے، تَورات میں (بھی) انجیل میں (بھی) اور قرآن میں (بھی)، اور کون اپنے وعدہ کو اﷲ سے زیادہ پورا کرنے والا ہے، سو (ایمان والو!) تم اپنے سودے پر خوشیاں مناؤ جس کے عوض تم نے (جان و مال کو) بیچا ہے، اور یہی تو زبردست کامیابی ہے

Those who have adopted piety, when some temptation from Satan touches them, they actively remember Allah - Surah Al-Araaf

جن لوگوں نے پرہیزگاری اختیار کی ہے، جب انہیں شیطان کی طرف سے کوئی خیال بھی چھو لیتا ہے تو وہ اللہ کو یاد کرنے لگتے ہیں - سوره الاعراف 

Translation
Verse # 201: Surely, those who have adopted piety, when some temptation from Satan touches them, they actively remember (the commands and prohibitions of Allah and the wickedness and hostility of Satan). So, the eyes (of their hearts) open up right away.

 بیشک جن لوگوں نے پرہیزگاری اختیار کی ہے، جب انہیں شیطان کی طرف سے کوئی خیال بھی چھو لیتا ہے (تو وہ اللہ کے امر و نہی اور شیطان کے دجل و عداوت کو) یاد کرنے لگتے ہیں سو اسی وقت ان کی (بصیرت کی) آنکھیں کھل جاتی ہیں

‘O Lord, show me Your Beauty so that I may savour Your Sight [Musa (Moses) A.S.'s Prayer] - Surah Al-Aaraaf

  اے رب! مجھے (اپنا جلوہ) دکھا کہ میں تیرا دیدار کرلوں - سوره الاعراف 

Translation

Verse#143: And when Musa (Moses) came at the time (set) by Us and his Lord spoke to him, he submitted: ‘O Lord, show me (Your Beauty) so that I may savour Your Sight.’ Allah said: ‘By no means can you look upon Me (directly), but look towards the mountain. So if it stays firm in its place, then soon will you behold My beauty.’ When his Lord unveiled the Light (of His divine beauty) on to the mountain, (He) crushed it into sand particles and Musa (Moses) fell down unconscious. Then when he recovered, he submitted: ‘Holy You are and I turn to You in repentance and I am the first of those who believe.’

 اور جب موسٰی (علیہ السلام) ہمارے (مقرر کردہ) وقت پر حاضر ہوا اور اس کے رب نے اس سے کلام فرمایا تو (کلامِ ربانی کی لذت پا کر دیدار کا آرزو مند ہوا اور) عرض کرنے لگا: اے رب! مجھے (اپنا جلوہ) دکھا کہ میں تیرا دیدار کرلوں، ارشاد ہوا: تم مجھے (براہِ راست) ہرگز دیکھ نہ سکوگے مگر پہاڑ کی طرف نگاہ کرو پس اگر وہ اپنی جگہ ٹھہرا رہا تو عنقریب تم میرا جلوہ کرلوگے۔ پھر جب اس کے رب نے پہاڑ پر (اپنے حسن کا) جلوہ فرمایا تو (شدّتِ اَنوار سے) اسے ریزہ ریزہ کر دیا اور موسٰی (علیہ السلام) بے ہوش ہو کر گر پڑا۔ پھر جب اسے افاقہ ہوا تو عرض کیا: تیری ذات پاک ہے میں تیری بارگاہ میں توبہ کرتا ہوں اور میں سب سے پہلا ایمان لانے والا ہوں

Those who believe and do good works persistently, We do not burden anyone beyond his endurance - Surah Al Aaraaf

جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرتے رہے، ہم کسی شخص کو اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ مکلّف نہیں کرتے - سوره الاعراف 

Translation
Verse # 42: But those who believe and do good works persistently, We do not burden anyone beyond his endurance; it is they who are the people of Paradise; they will live in it forever.

 اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرتے رہے، ہم کسی شخص کو اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ مکلّف نہیں کرتے، یہی لوگ اہلِ جنت ہیں وہ اس میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے

Whoever of you turns away from his Din (Religion), Allah will soon bring in their place people He will love and who will love Him - Surah Al-Maidah

تم میں سے جو شخص اپنے دین سے پھر جائے گا تو عنقریب اﷲ (ان کی جگہ) ایسی قوم کو لائے گا جن سے وہ (خود) محبت فرماتا ہوگا اور وہ اس سے محبت کرتے ہوں گے - سوره المائدہ 

Translation

Verse # 54: O believers! Whoever of you turns away from his Din (Religion), Allah will soon bring (in their place) a people He will (Himself) love and who will love Him. They will be kind (and humble) towards the believers (but) strict (and firm) towards the disbelievers. They will toil (very hard) in the way of Allah and will never fear any reproaches of the reprovers. This (constructive character) is the grace of Allah which He grants whom He wills, and Allah is Infinite, All-Knowing.

اے ایمان والو! تم میں سے جو شخص اپنے دین سے پھر جائے گا تو عنقریب اﷲ (ان کی جگہ) ایسی قوم کو لائے گا جن سے وہ (خود) محبت فرماتا ہوگا اور وہ اس سے محبت کرتے ہوں گے وہ مومنوں پر نرم (اور) کافروں پر سخت ہوں گے اﷲ کی راہ میں (خوب) جہاد کریں گے اور کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت سے خوفزدہ نہیں ہوں گے۔ یہ (تعمیری کردار) اللہ کا فضل ہے وہ جسے چاہتا ہے عطا فرماتا ہے اور اﷲ وسعت والا (ہے) خوب جاننے والا ہے

And the one who makes friends with Allah, His Messenger Sawaws and the believers are the people who are Allah’s party - Surah Al-Maidah

اور جو شخص اﷲ ، رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور ایمان والوں کو دوست بنائے گا تو وہی اﷲ کی جماعت ہے - سوره المائدہ 

Translation

Verse #56: And the one who makes friends with Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) and the believers, then (they are the people who are Allah’s party), and Allah’s party will surely overmaster.

اور جو شخص اﷲ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور ایمان والوں کو دوست بنائے گا تو (وہی اﷲ کی جماعت ہے اور) اللہ کی جماعت  ہی غالب ہونے والی ہے 

Indeed, your real helper and friend is only Allah and His Messenger (SAWAWS) and the believers who Establish Salah and pay Zakat - Surah Al-Maidah

 بے شک تمہارا دوست تو اللہ اور اس کا رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور وہ ایمان والے جو نماز قائم رکھتے زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے ہیں - سوره المائدہ 

Translation

Verse # 55 : Indeed, your real helper and friend is only Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) and the believers (as well) who persevere in offering Prayer and pay Zakat (the Alms-due) and they are those who bow down (with extreme submissiveness before the presence of Allah).

 بے شک تمہارا دوست تو اللہ اور اس کا رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہی ہے اور (ساتھ) وہ ایمان والے ہیں جو نماز قائم رکھتے ہیں اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے ہیں اور وہ (اﷲ کے حضور عاجزی سے) جھکنے والے ہیں

O believers! Fear Allah persistently and keep looking for means to Him - Surah Al-Maidah

 اے ایمان والو! اﷲ سے ڈرتے رہو اور اس تک وسیلہ تلاش کرو - سوره المائدہ 

Translation

Verse # 35: O believers! Fear Allah persistently and keep looking for means to (approach and get closer to) Him and strive hard in His way so that you may prosper.

 اے ایمان والو! اﷲ سے ڈرتے رہو اور اس (کے حضور) تک (تقرب اور رسائی کا) وسیلہ تلاش کرو اور اس کی راہ میں جہاد کرو تاکہ تم فلاح پاجاؤ

But those who repent, and establish a firm bond with Allah, and make their Din sincerely for Allah, they will be in the company of the believers - Surah An-Nisa

 مگر وہ لوگ جنہوں نے توبہ کر لیاور انہوں نے اپنا دین اللہ کے لئے خالص کر لیا تو یہ مؤمنوں کی سنگت میں ہوں گے - سوره النساء 

Translation

Verse # 146: But those who repent, make amends, and establish a firm bond with Allah, and make their Din (faith and devotion) sincerely for Allah—they will be in the company of the believers. And Allah will soon bestow a tremendous reward upon the believers.

مگر وہ لوگ جنہوں نے توبہ کر لی وہ سنور گئے اورانہوں نے اللہ سے مضبوط تعلق جوڑ لیا اور انہوں نے اپنا دین اللہ کے لئے خالص کر لیا تو یہ مؤمنوں کی سنگت میں ہوں گے اور عنقریب اللہ مومنوں کو عظیم اجر عطا فرمائے گا

Who can be better than the one who submits his whole being entirely to Allah and persistently follows the Din (Religion) of Ibrahim (Abraham) - Surah An-Nisa

 اُس شخص سے بہتر کون ہو سکتا ہے جس نے اپنا رُوئے نیاز اللہ کے لئے جھکا دیا اور وہ دینِ ابراہیم (علیہ السلام) کی  -  پیروی کرتا رہا - سوره النساء 

Translation

Verse # 125: And with regard to adopting the Din (Religion), who can be better than the one who submits his whole being entirely to Allah, whilst he also holds spiritual excellence, and persistently follows the Din (Religion) of Ibrahim (Abraham)—a devotee (to Allah and) upright? And Allah had taken Ibrahim (Abraham) for a sincere and intimate friend.

 اور دین اختیار کرنے کے اعتبار سے اُس شخص سے بہتر کون ہو سکتا ہے جس نے اپنا رُوئے نیاز اللہ کے لئے جھکا دیا اور وہ صاحبِ احسان بھی ہوا، اور وہ دینِ ابراہیم (علیہ السلام) کی پیروی کرتا رہا جو (اللہ کے لئے) یک سُو (اور) راست رَو تھے، اور اللہ نے ابراہیم (علیہ السلام) کو اپنا مخلص دوست بنا لیا تھا

Those of the Muslims who stay back , and those who fight in the cause of Allah with their material and human resources cannot be equal - Surah An-Nisa

 مسلمانوں میں سے وہ لوگ جو بیٹھ رہتے ہیں اور وہ لوگ جو اللہ کی راہ میں اپنے مالوں اور اپنی جانوں سے جہاد کرتے ہیں برابر نہیں ہوسکتے - سوره النساء 

Translation

Verse # 95: Those of the Muslims who (shirking fight) stay back (home) without any stressful condition (i.e., excuse), and those who fight in the cause of Allah with their material as well as human resources cannot be equal (in their reward and rank). Allah has exalted in rank those who fight in the cause of Allah with their material as well as human resources above those who stay back withdrawn. Allah has (surely) promised good to all (the believers, yet) He has bestowed the merit of excellence with a mighty reward (and bounty) on those who strive hard over those who stay behind.

 مسلمانوں میں سے وہ لوگ جو (جہاد سے جی چرا کر) بغیر کسی (عذر) تکلیف کے (گھروں میں) بیٹھ رہنے والے ہیں اور وہ لوگ جو اللہ کی راہ میں اپنے مالوں اور اپنی جانوں سے جہاد کرنے والے ہیں (یہ دونوں درجہ و ثواب میں) برابر نہیں ہوسکتے۔ اللہ نے اپنے مالوں اور اپنی جانوں سے جہاد کرنے والوں کو بیٹھ رہنے والوں پر مرتبہ میں فضیلت بخشی ہے اوراللہ نے سب (ایمان والوں) سے وعدہ (تو) بھلائی کا (ہی) فرمایا ہے، اور اللہ نے جہاد کرنے والوں کو (بہر طور) بیٹھ رہنے والوں پر زبردست اجر (و ثواب) کی فضیلت دی ہے

whom Allah has blessed with His (special) favor, Prophets, truthful, martyrs and most pious. And how excellent these companions are! - Surah An-Nisa

جن پر اللہ نے (خاص) انعام فرمایا ہے جو کہ انبیاء، صدیقین، شہداءاور صالحین ہیں، اور یہ بہت اچھے ساتھی ہیں - سوره النساء 

Translation
Verse # 69: And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) are the people who will be in the company of those (spiritual dignitaries on the Last Day) whom Allah has blessed with His (special) favour: the Prophets, the truthful, the martyrs and the most pious. And how excellent these companions are!

اور جو کوئی اللہ اور رسول(صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی اطاعت کرے تو یہی لوگ (روزِ قیامت) ان (ہستیوں) کے ساتھ ہوں گے جن پر اللہ نے (خاص) انعام فرمایا ہے جو کہ انبیاء، صدیقین، شہداءاور صالحین ہیں، اور یہ بہت اچھے ساتھی ہیں
