Woe to those who are unfamiliar with their Salahs & Offer Salah for show off & Don't lend small objects - Surah Al-Maun

ہلاکت ہے ان صلاه کرنے والوں کیلئے جو اپنی صلاه کی روح سے نا واقف ہیں اور برتنے کی چھوٹی چیزیں نہیں دیتے - سوره الماعون 

Translation

Verse # 1: Have you seen him who denies the Din (Religion)?

کیا آپ نے اس شخص کو دیکھا جو دین کو جھٹلاتا ہے

Translation

Verse # 2: So he is the one who pushes away the orphan (i.e., rejects the needs of the orphans and deprives them of their right),

تو یہ وہ شخص ہے جو یتیم کو دھکے دیتا ہے (یعنی یتیموں کی حاجات کو ردّ کرتا اور انہیں حق سے محروم رکھتا ہے)

Translation

Verse # 3: And does not promote the cause of feeding the poor (i.e., does not strive to end the economic exploitation of the poor and the needy).

اور محتاج کو کھانا کھلانے کی ترغیب نہیں دیتا (یعنی معاشرے سے غریبوں اور محتاجوں کے معاشی اِستحصال کے خاتمے کی کوشش نہیں کرتا)

Translation

Verse # 4: So woe to those worshipers,

 پس افسوس (اور خرابی) ہے ان نمازیوں کے لئے

Translation

Verse # 5: Who are unaware of (the spirit of) their Prayers (i.e., they are mindful only of the rights of Allah, but are heedless of the rights of fellow human beings),

جو اپنی نماز (کی روح) سے بے خبر ہیں (یعنی انہیں محض حقوق اﷲ یاد ہیں حقوق العباد بھلا بیٹھے ہیں)

Translation

Verse # 6: Who show off (their worship, for they only render a formal service to the Creator and are inconsiderate to the oppressed humanity),

وہ لوگ (عبادت میں) دکھلاوا کرتے ہیں (کیونکہ وہ خالق کی رسمی بندگی بجا 

لاتے ہیں اور پسی ہوئی مخلوق سے بے پرواہی برت رہے ہیں)

Translation

Verse # 7: And who refuse to lend a worthless small object of use even on demand!

اور وہ برتنے کی معمولی سی چیز بھی مانگے نہیں دیتے
