We Divided Children of Israel in 12 tribes and blessed them with manna and Quails - Surah Al-Aaraaf

ہم نے بنی اسرائیل کو بارہ قبیلوں میں بانٹا اور ان پہ من و سلویٰ اتارا - سوره الاعراف 

Translation

Verse # 160: And We divided them into twelve tribes as separate communities. And when his people asked him for water, We sent (this) Revelation to Musa (Moses): ‘Strike that rock with your staff.’ So twelve springs gushed out from it and every tribe found its drinking place. And We stretched over them clouds for shade and sent down to them manna and quails (and said to them:) ‘Eat of the pure things that We have provided for you.’ But they have not wronged Us (by disobedience and disregard). They have rather wronged their own souls.

 اور ہم نے انہیں گروہ در گروہ بارہ قبیلوں میں تقسیم کر دیا، اور ہم نے موسٰی (علیہ السلام) کے پاس (یہ) وحی بھیجی جب اس سے اس کی قوم نے پانی مانگا کہ اپنا عصا پتھر پر مارو، سو اس میں سے بارہ چشمے پھوٹ نکلے، پس ہر قبیلہ نے اپنا گھاٹ معلوم کرلیا، اور ہم نے ان پر اَبر کا سائبان تان دیا، اور ہم نے ان پر منّ و سلوٰی اتارا، (اور ان سے فرمایا:) جن پاکیزہ چیزوں کا رزق ہم نے تمہیں عطا کیا ہے اس میں سے کھاؤ، (مگر نافرمانی اور کفرانِ نعمت کر کے) انہوں نے ہم پر ظلم نہیں کیا بلکہ وہ اپنی ہی جانوں پر ظلم کر رہے تھے
