And Allah alone sends winds that raise and build up clouds - Surah Fatir

اور اﷲ ہی ہے جو ہوائیں بھیجتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو ابھار کر اکٹھا کرتی ہیں - سوره فاطر 

Translation 

Verse # 9: And Allah alone sends winds that raise and build up clouds. Then We drive it (the cloud) towards some dry and dead land to water it. Then with that, We give life to the earth after its death. Similar will be the process of the rising (of the dead).

اور اﷲ ہی ہے جو ہوائیں بھیجتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو ابھار کر اکٹھا کرتی ہیں پھر ہم اس (بادل) کو خشک اور بنجر بستی کی طرف سیرابی کے لئے لے جاتے ہیں، پھر ہم اس کے ذریعے اس زمین کو اس کی مُردنی کے بعد زندگی عطا کرتے ہیں، اسی طرح (مُردوں کا) جی اٹھنا ہوگا
